  17. This file contains information on how to download, process, and view the files which you choose from the libraries.

  19. What you need to do:  click on "Download Now"; if you do not designate a different file, the file will automatically go to your AOL Downloads file.

Then, go to File, then Open, and find the file (in AOL Downloads or somewhere else if you have designated another location); it is named Downloading FAQ.  Click to open it; you can then print it out.  You can also open it (or any other file) by going to your word processor and opening it from there.
